Planning for a Romantic Summer Getaway »

It’s not summer yet but I’m already looking forward to the big vacation that my sweetie and I have got planned. We haven’t taken a romantic trip in over a year and I’m itching to get out of town, scratch my travel itch and experience the romance of adventure with him again.
There are so many different things that we’re considering when we’re trying to figure out how to make this the most romantic trip we’ve done yet. Of course, the destination is the biggest decision. I’m leaning towards Argentina but he wants to go somewhere in Europe.
Luckily we agree on a lot of the little things. We both want to make sure that we get a hotel that has a two person hot tub in the room because a hot tub just automatically adds romance to any hotel. We want to do a lot of things we haven’t done before like scuba diving or helicopter tours. And we both want to take a long enough trip to have time to really relax together.
Of course, ultimately it’s just the being together that will make it romantic. We still really love just hanging out and talking about nothing and the trip should let us do that. In fact, even just planning it out has been pretty romantic!

I have always been really interested in dabbling in san diego real estate, even before I had moved down to southern California from my nice little town in Idaho. I had a really great life in Idaho, I mean the people were always just so nice to me and to each other and of course all the scenery was beautiful and the air was so very fresh and clean. Idaho has mountains and rivers and lakes and hills and forests and basically anything you could possibly want. Anything, that is, except for long beautiful beaches with beautiful women and men dotting the seaside, and all the sunshine you can shake a stick at.
I had thought about selling real estate rancho santa fe but I realized not long into it that my heart was really in San Diego and that I needed to get down there at any cost to set up my life and start really living it the way I wanted to be living it in the place where I really wanted to go. Fortunately for me, my wife was very understanding and encouraging and supportive of whatever idea I wanted to go with so we packed up and moved and now here we are and I could not be happier.

If you have ever had to go through the trouble of searching endlessly for plus size adult costumes and know how frustrating it can be to find so many great costumes and want to get them only to find that they do not come in your size. I mean, I just do not know where these people get off being so darn small! It is so annoying that these people who I swear are in the minority set the bar for the rest of us who are not like morbidly obese or anything like that, but are just your moderate plus sized. I am not fat or lazy darn it, I am just big boned! Yet it does not seem to matter to all the costumes I have seen and loved and wanted to buy. They just say to me over and over sorry, you are too fat, too fat, too fat. Well that is just great.
Fortunately, at least I do not have that problem when I am searching and shopping for wigs. Wigs are much better at being truly one size fits for all people so there is considerably less frustration and feeling stupid and helpless at seeing something you want and being unable to buy it.

Well, it is now two years since I have gotten my last tattoo. It will actually be two years to the day on Tuesday. I’m surprised that it has taken me this long to think of a new design, but I’ve managed to come up with a couple tribal tattoos and about four cross tattoos. I’m still not sure how many I’m going to get this time, but I’m thinking at least three. I still have some uncovered skin on my forearms, and a little on my left shoulder blade. I wanted to get those covered up a long time ago, but I just haven’t had the money for it. I mean, it isn’t that expensive, but I want to be able to tip well.
I know how it can be to get horrible tips. Being a bartender, my life thrives on the extra income. My hourly is horrible, and when it is a slow night, it is a painful night. I’ve been thinking about trying something new, but at this point, and in this economy, I think I better stay with what I know. Besides, since Johnny was let go, I’ve gotten a ton more hours and more tips.
